He is knowledgeable and professional. Also, the workmanship was excellent, so please thank whoever replaced the right passenger side mirror. I have always been happy with your service.

I just got off the phone with one of your employees. I can't say enough kind things about him. He had to call and tell me about an additional $700+ on top of $800+. He let me complain, showed empathy, and diffused my anger. PAY HIM MORE and put him in charge of Customer Service!
